Sal Consiglio opened Sally’s Apizza on Wooster Street in New Haven’s Little Italy in 1938 – one block from his uncle Frank Pepe’s shop, same coal-fired brick oven tradition, and immediately the other half of the pizza rivalry that still defines the city. Choose any three from the full lineup: Mozzarella & Tomato Sauce, Pepperoni, White Potato & Rosemary, Garden Special, and Fresh Tomato White Pie – each one a thin, coal-charred apizza fired in an oven that hasn’t stopped burning in over 85 years.

Pizzas Include

• Sauce & Mozzarella – This pie is sauce-forward with a crust kissed by fire, lightly sprinkled with creamy, salty mozzarella.
• Pepperoni – This pie is sauce forward with a crust kissed by fire, lightly sprinkled with creamy, salty mozarella, and topped with pepperoni.
• White Potato & Rosemary – A real original. Thinly sliced potato and onion are lightly sprinkled with creamy, salty mozzarella and the perfect amount of rosemary for the perfect savory, charred bite.
• White Fresh Tomato – Thinly sliced fresh tomatoes are lightly sprinkled with creamy, salty mozzarella, bright fresh basil and just the right amount of garlic, parmesan and oregano, resulting in apizza perfection.
• Garden Special – Thinly sliced fresh tomatoes, strips of zuchini and white onion are lightly sprinkled with creamy, salty mozzarella, bright fresh basil and just the right amount of garlic, parmesan and oregano, resulting in apizza perfection.
• Meats Apizza – A hearty meatlovers pizza loaded with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and meatballs, finished with just the right touch of garlic, parmesan, and oregano for true apizza perfection.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Sally’s Apizza ships Monday-Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Pizzas ship frozen with dry ice.
• Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, store pizzas in the freezer.
• Pizzas may be stored for up to 1 month in the freezer.

To Serve

From Thawed

• Place a baking pan or pizza stone on the middle rack of the oven and preheat to 450°F.
• Discard the cardboard insert and place the pizza onto the preheated pan (alternatively, place the pizza directly on the middle oven rack).
• Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the crust is slightly crispy and the center is hot.
• Transfer to a cutting board and let sit for 1 minute.
• Slice, serve, and enjoy!
