Cinnamon-laced, hand-braided brioche makes the base of this New Orleans King Cake, filled with your choice of praline cream cheese, chocolate pecan, Bavarian cream, or traditional cinnamon and glazed in Mardi Gras purple, green, and gold sugar. It comes from Maurice French Pastries, whose King Cake took the People’s Choice award at the 2016 New Orleans King Cake Festival, baked by French chef Jean-Luc Albin in Metairie, Louisiana since 1989. Each ships with beads, doubloons, and the traditional plastic baby tucked inside. Perfect for a Mardi Gras party, a Carnival-season office treat, or a King Cake baby showdown with friends.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Maurice’s French Pastries ship Monday-Thursday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping.
- King cake arrives ready to enjoy and decorate!
- Upon arrival, store cake at room temperature or in the freezer.
- Cakes may be stored for up to 1 week at room temperature (away from the light in a cool, dry area) or up to 3 months in the freezer (double wrapped).
- To serve from frozen, set the cake out at room temperature for about 2 hours before serving
