New York Bagel Brunch Kit

The Whitestone, Queens brunch spread – a dozen of Utopia Bagels’ hand-rolled, kettle-boiled bagels alongside Norwegian nova lox, capers, freshly whipped cream cheese, and tomato and onion – from the Spellman family shop that Grub Street called the absolute best bagel in New York. Every bagel comes out of a 1947 carousel oven with the dense, chewy crumb and golden-crisp crust that has kept third-generation Queens families loyal for over 40 years; the lox and accoutrements are the proper New York frame for it.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Utopia Bagels ships Monday-Friday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $35 charge. Sorry guys!

• Cream Cheese is made-to-order shipped with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Bagels are made fresh-to-order.

To Store

• Upon arrival, serve Bagels immediately or cut in halves and store them in the freezer for up to 6 months.
• Upon arrival, store Cream Cheese in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
• Upon arrival, store Nova for up to 5 days.
• Thaw bagels over the counter for 1 hour before enjoying! It is not recommended to reheat or toast.

To Serve
Bagels – From Thawed

• Preheat oven to 350º F.
• Place halved bagels on a baking sheet for 4-5 minutes.
• Allow to cool for 1 minute.
• Add toppings of your choice and enjoy!

Bagels – From Frozen

• Preheat oven to 350º F.
• Place halved bagels on a baking sheet for 6-7 minutes.
• Allow to cool for 1 minute.
