Edgar’s original New York-style cheesecake, baked dense and creamy with a rich, velvety texture. It’s the plain-and-perfect version, no toppings needed. Edgar’s Bakery has baked from scratch in Birmingham since Terry and Dottie Smith opened in 1998 – a classic from the bakery Taste of the South, Alabama Magazine, and Birmingham Magazine all name the best in the state.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Edgar’s Bakery ships Monday-Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Cheesecake ship frozen with dry ice.
• Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
• Once thawed, store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

To Store

• If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
• Serve and enjoy!
