As a child, Clementine’s Creamery founder Tamara Keefe’s life changed forever when her mom bought a $2 hand-cranked ice cream maker from a garage sale. Making ice cream by hand became a Sunday ritual, and the power of ice cream to make people smile and bring them together stayed with Tamara throughout her career working for a St. Louis Fortune 500 company. When she was ready for a change of pace she spent her life’s savings on an ice cream kitchen and cashed out her 401K, and in 2014 Clementine’s Ice Cream was born. It was an immediate hit, and today there are eight St. Louis-area locations serving up scoops of her classic “nice” & alcohol-infused “naughty” ice creams!

(Nice) – A celebration of St. Louis’ iconic breakfast pastry. Chunks of gooey butter cake layered throughout a rich and tangy cream cheese ice cream.
• 1 Grandma Marie’s Butter Brickle – Grandmother’s hold the key to not only our food memories but also they are the lynch pin to recipes of the past. Recreating a family recipe is retelling a story. Each bite of the sweet buttery ice cream filled with soft chocolate covered old school toffee brickle, transports us back to her kitchen. This ice cream is Certified Kosher
• 1 Italian Butter Cookie
(Nice) – The original speculoos cookie. Europe’s perfect pairing with their coffee. Brown sugar, cinnamon, lightly caramelized ends. Fistfuls of speculoos pieces ribboned into the speculoos ice cream.
• 1 Salted Cookies & Cream (Nice) – Moms throughout the centuries have known exactly how to brighten any day. A plate of cookies and a glass of cold milk has always been their secret weapon. Clementine’s Salted Cookies and Cream recipe is one that Mom would definitely approve of! Dark chocolate sandwich cookie crumble, rich cream, and a decadent ribbon of salted caramel. • Clementine’s Naughty & Nice Ice Cream ships Monday-Thursday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Ice Cream ships frozen with dry ice.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
• For the best experience, allow the ice cream to temper for 2-4 hours in the freezer before enjoying
