Uncle Peter Pasties, the Michigan institution rooted in a great-grandparents’ immigrant pasty tradition, brings that same family heritage to the Pappy Pie – a hand-held pie filled with Tart Cherry, Wild Blueberry, or Apple, wrapped in a buttery, flaky pastry crust. Each bite balances bright fruit against the rich, golden shell that defines the form. Made in memory of Olger Fantich, the Pappy Pie carries a legacy beyond the kitchen – 20% of Uncle Peter Pasties profits go to a scholarship fund in Olger’s name.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Uncle Peter Pasties ships Monday through Wednesday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight
- Pie ships 1-2 with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 1 year.
To Serve
From Frozen
- Place pie in oven at 325°F for 10-15 minutes until heated to desired warmth
