Each has remained unchanged since LaGrassa opened his restaurant’s doors with the “Fresh From the Pot Corned Beef” brined in salt, juniper berries, peppercorns, and bay leaves for up to four hours, and the Famous Rumanian Pastrami arriving daily custom smoked and cured just for LaGrassa’s. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Sam LaGrassa’s ships Monday-Thursday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $35 charge for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- This product can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.
To Serve
- Leave meat in plastic wrap.
- Place meat in microwave for 30-40 seconds.
- Carefully open and place on bread.
- The meat may be hot.
- Add spicy brown mustard and swiss cheese to replicate a Sam La Grassa’s Deli Sandwich.
- Slice in half and enjoy.
- Each plastic wrap contains one sandwich worth of meat.
