Description
The Explosion Cake in full red, white, and blue, spilling patriotic candy and sprinkles the moment it’s sliced. It’s Amirah Kassem’s Instagram-famous surprise, dressed for the Fourth. She dreamed up the original at Flour Shop, her SoHo bakery, inspired by the pinatas of her Mexican childhood. Perfect for an Independence Day party that ends in a cascade of color.

- Each cake measures approx. 6″ × 7.5″ and weighs approx. 6 lbs.
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Flour Shop ships Monday-Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Cake ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store cake in the refrigerator for up to 6 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months. May be enjoyed at room temperature or chilled.
