Description
Rainbow cookies are a New York Italian-bakery institution, and Bagel Boss makes its version from an old family recipe: thin almond-scented cake layers in red, white, and green, joined with raspberry jam and coated in chocolate, dense and marzipan-rich rather than crisp. Sold by the pound from the Hicksville, Long Island shop the Rosner family has run since 1975. Perfect for a holiday cookie tray, a nostalgic gift for a New Yorker, or an almond-and-chocolate lover who already knows these by heart.

- Cookies, Rugelach, and Babka may be kept on the counter for up to 3 days, stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Everything Bagel Topper may be stored in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
