America’s oldest ice cream company-established in 1861 by Lewis Dubois Bassett-Bassetts Ice Cream was the first merchant to sign a lease at the famous Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia and is still owned and operated by the same family today. They use the slogan “Rich in History, Richer in Flavor” not only because of our history, but also because of the quality of our ice cream. Bassetts ice cream is super-premium and contains 16.5% butterfat which gives our ice cream an extremely smooth and creamy texture.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Bassett’s Ice Cream ships Monday-Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Kit ships frozen with dry ice.
• Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 6 months.

To Serve

Cookies

• Preheat oven to 350° F.
• Do not grease cookie pan.
• Use parchment paper if desired
• Bake cookies for 18 minutes (after 9 minutes baking, turn tray in oven, bake additional 9 minutes)
• Cookies should bake until golden brown.
• Bake time may vary depending upon actual temperature of oven.
• Allow cookies to cool.
• Apply a generous scoop of Bassetts Ice Cream to one Famous 4th Street Cookie, then gently sandwich it together with another.

• Microwave brownie for 10 seconds to warm.
