Description
Everything for the ultimate Reuben at home: rye bread, Russian dressing, sauerkraut, pickles, and your choice of house-cured pastrami or corned beef, ready to griddle. The meats come from recipes more than 90 years old, traced to Grandpa Hugo’s kosher meat factory in the Bronx. The Goetz family opened Lido on Long Island in the 1980s and runs it to this day. A deli-counter Reuben, assembled in your own kitchen.

- Lido Kosher Deli ships Monday-Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- This package ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, place meat, pickles, mustard, and Russian dressing in the refrigerator, and keep rye bread at room temperature.
- Meats, pickles, mustard, and Russian dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
- Meats and rye bread will last frozen up to one month
To Serve
Warm the Meat
- Preheat the oven to 300° F
- Place a thin layer of aluminum foil over meat in an oven safe dish for 8-10 minutes, or until warm.
Alternatively, meat can be heated in the microwave for 30 seconds using a microwave-safe plate or dish.
