Ruben Santana built Bark from his Ozone Park, Queens backyard in 2020 into a Time Out Market Brooklyn institution; the rib tips are what the barbecue faithful order when they want the richest thing on the menu.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Bark Barbecue ships Tuesday-Thursday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Meat ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
• Once ready to cook, thaw meat in the refrigerator overnight or for up to 24 hours. When fully thawed, keep meat at room temperature for no more than 4 hours.
• If the meat is partially or fully frozen, let it reach room temperature before preparing.
