This delicious sampler features Heritage Foods’ full line of 10 varieties of sausages, all from 100% heritage-breed pasture raised pork and turkey! These are perfectly balanced, delicious versions of the classics, some formed into links and others into thin wheels, giving each sausage a perfect snap.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Heritage Foods ships Monday-Thursday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping.

• Sausages ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store sausages in the freezer for up to 6 months or in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

To Serve

Pork Sausage

• Remove the fully thawed sausages from their packaging and pat them dry.
• Fire up your grill or heavy-bottomed saucepan to medium heat.
• Place the sausages on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
• Once the sausage reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, remove from the heat, allow to rest for 2-3 minutes, and serve.

Turkey Sausage

• Remove the fully thawed sausage from its packaging and pat dry.
• Fire up your grill or heavy-bottomed saucepan to medium heat.
• Place the sausage on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
• Once the sausage reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, remove from the heat, allow to rest for 2-3 minutes, and serve.
