It’s a definitive small-town Pennsylvania deli experience, no trip to Indiana County required.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- 9th Street Deli ships Monday through Friday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight
- Kit ships chilled with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, immediately place meats, cheese, veggies, dressing, and mayonaise in the refrigerator.
- Store sub rolls at room temperature until ready to assemble.
- For best quality, prepare and enjoy kit within 3 days of arrival.

To Serve
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove one sub roll from the package and place it in the oven for 2-4 minutes, just until lightly warm and slightly toasted. Do not over-toast.
- The roll should be soft inside with a little crisp on the outside.
- Open the roll and add mayo and Italian dressing.
- Layer ingredients in this order: hard salami, veggies, salt + pepper, provolone cheese, and ham.
- Close the sandwich, slice if desired, and enjoy immediately.
- Repeat with remaining subs.
