The original Texas Twinkie, and the dish Hutchins is famous for: a large jalapeno stuffed with cream cheese and smoked brisket, wrapped in thick-cut bacon, and brushed with a sweet glaze. Smoky, spicy, creamy, and crisp all at once, it’s pure Texas indulgence. The Hutchins family started smoking barbecue at their Dallas-area home in 1978, and second-generation owners Tim and Tracy now run McKinney and Frisco locations on Texas Monthly’s Top 50 for over a decade. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Hutchins BBQ ships Tuesday – Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Texas Twinkies ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• If you plan to enjoy within 5 days, refrigerate immediately.
• If you plan to enjoy at a later date, freeze and use within 3 months.

To Serve

• Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
• Preheat the oven to 300°F.
• Remove the Twinkies from the vacuum pack and arrange them on a foil pan, ensuring they do not overlap.
• Loosely cover the pan with foil, allowing steam to escape, and place it in the oven.
• Cook for 20 minutes and flip them.
• Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F.
• Remove from the oven and let the Twinkies sit for 3-5 minutes before serving.
