Description
Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop’s Snickerdoodle Pie: cinnamon and sugar in a buttery shortbread crust so close to a warm cinnamon roll you could serve it for breakfast – from the Knoxville, Tennessee shop Scott and Meredith Layton opened in 2012 on their grandmothers’ Southern baking recipes. The pie that proves the shortbread crust can carry any filling.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Buttermilk Sky Pie ships Monday thru Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Pies arrive ready to enjoy!
- If planning to enjoy at a later date, pies can be stored frozen for up to 1 month. Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
- Once thawed, cover and store the pie in the refrigerator and enjoy within 3 to 4 days. Do not refreeze once fully thawed.
To Serve
Pies are fully baked and ready to enjoy at room temperature. Warming is optional.
Whole Pie
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Remove all packaging and place pie on a baking sheet.
- Warm for 10 to 15 minutes, until just heated through. Do not overheat.
- Remove, serve and enjoy!
By the Slice
- Place slice on an oven-safe plate.
- Warm in a 300°F oven for 5 to 8 minutes, or microwave in 10-second increments until desired temperature is reached.
- Remove, serve and enjoy!
Optional Serving Tip
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra-indulgent experience.
