Description
A homemade, flaky pie shell filled with eggs and fresh cream, chopped spinach, artichoke, Swiss and cheddar, and green onions, baked into something creamy and jam-packed with flavor. It’s the savory side of a bakery famous for its pies. Mary Hostetter’s Blue Owl has served country-style cooking in Kimmswick since 1983, behind the famous Levee High Apple Pie. Perfect for a brunch table that wants something hearty.

This package serves 8 people and includes a Spinach Artichoke Quiche
- Each quiche measures approx. 9″ and weighs approx. 2 lbs.
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Blue Owl Bakery ships Monday-Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via overnight will incur an additional $35 charge. Sorry guys!
- Quiche ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store quiche in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 5 months.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Remove shrink wrap and bake for approx. 20-25 minutes (or until a metal knife inserted in the middle comes out hot).
- Slice, serve and enjoy!
