New Skete Monastery’s Spring Sampler cheesecake is a perfect choice year round to remind you of a beautiful spring day. Each sampler includes 4 slices each of the below flavors: Irish Cream, Raspberry Ripple, Key Lime and Amaretto & Cream.
This small monastery in upstate New York is producing what many believe to be the finest cheesecakes in the country all made by hand by the sisters. In between daily prayers, the nuns make a limited number of cheesecakes each day, just as they’ve done for nearly four decades. They’ve been featured on the Rachael Ray Show as well as The New York Times.

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Each Cheesecake is shipped frozen on ice packs and will arrive frozen or slightly thawed.
- Thaw in refrigerator 2-4 hours, or on countertop for 1-2 hours.
- Cheesecakes can be frozen for up to 6 months and can be refrozen without harming quality.
