Description
A made-from-scratch cheesecake, rich and creamy, balanced between tangy and sweet and finished with strawberry. It pairs the South’s love of strawberry with a classic dense cheesecake. Edgar’s Bakery has baked from scratch in Birmingham since Terry and Dottie Smith opened in 1998 – one more favorite from the bakery Taste of the South named Alabama’s best.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Edgar’s Bakery ships Monday-Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Cheesecake ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Once thawed, store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
