• Dixieland Biscuit Mix can be stored in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
• Flathau’s Cheese Straws should be stored in a cool, dry place for up to 8-10 months unopened. Please refer to the expiration date printed on the box.
• Roasted & Salted Pecans arrive ready to enjoy and are best stored in the refrigerator or freezer to maintain freshness.
• Pecan Praline can be stored at room temperature for up to 8 months unopened.
• Honey Bear Wildflower Honey is best stored at room temperature away from extreme temperatures and can be enjoyed for years with proper storage.

To Serve

Dixieland Biscuit Mix

• Add 1/2 cup of milk or buttermilk.
• Preheat oven to 450° F
• Stir milk into dry ingredients until smooth, soft dough forms.
• Turn onto surface, sprinkle with flour & knead 5 times.
• Roll dough 1/2 inch thick & cut with 2 inch cutter.
• Place on a greased cookie sheet & bake for 8-10 minutes.
• Brush with butter & serve.
