These Tex-Mex-inspired pizzas have achieved rock star status among Happy Joe’s fans! The signature “Taco Joe” taco pizza is topped with refried bean sauce, taco-seasoned beef, sausage, lettuce, tomatoes, and taco chips. The Nacho Joe has similar ingredients but uses rich & creamy nacho cheese sauce as its base. And the Matador brings onions and jalapeño peppers to the party!

- Each pizza serves 4-5 people, measures approx. 15″, and weighs approx. 3-5 lbs.
Pizzas Include

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Happy Joe’s ships Tuesday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Pizzas ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit. In warmer weather months, items may ship with dry ice.
- Upon arrival, store pizzas in the freezer.
- Pizzas may be stored for up to 3 months in the freezer.
To Serve
Matador
- Remove pizzas from the freezer 30 minutes prior to baking.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place in oven and bake on center rack for 16-18 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
Nacho Joe, Taco Joe
- Remove pizzas from the freezer 30 minutes prior to baking.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Bake pizza for 16-18 minutes then remove pizza from the oven.
- Place approx. 4.5 oz shredded lettuce (not included), approx. 7 oz. of diced tomatoes (not included), and both bags of Happy Joe’s Taco chips (open bag and crush chips) on the pizza, leaving ¼ inch edge on the outside.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
