Harlem Baking Company makes them in small batches, the veteran-owned New York kitchen with more than 25 years of restaurant experience behind every recipe. Each jar is four ounces, the mousse ready straight from the fridge and the molten cake warmed for a runny center. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Harlem Baking Company ships Monday through Thursday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Items ship (XXX ex: chilled or frozen) with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, place immediately in the refrigerator or freezer.
• Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or in the freezer for up to 1 year.

To Serve

• From frozen: thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
• Molten Chocolate Cake
  • Remove the lid before heating.
  • Microwave for 20 seconds, or warm in a 350°F oven for 10-12 minutes.
  • Enjoy warm for a rich, molten chocolate center.
• Chocolate Mousse
  • Ready to enjoy straight from the refrigerator.
