Description
Ackroyd’s is one of the largest producers of haggis in the United States – made the traditional way, with oats, offal, and spices in accordance with the original recipe, in a sheep or synthetic casing. The third-generation Redford, Michigan institution Al and Silas Ackroyd founded in 1949 as a Detroit Scottish butcher shop has been producing haggis to its core Scottish community for 75 years. The most traditional item in the Ackroyd’s case; the haggis that no other American bakery makes as authentically.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Ackroy’s Scottish Bakery ships Monday – Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
Haggis
- Haggis ships frozen with ice packs, which may thaw during transit.
- Haggis can be stored in the freezer for 3-6 months, or in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
- Once opened, consume within 24-48 hours.
HP Sauce
- Sauce arrives ready to enjoy!
- Refrigerate sauce after opening and consume within 8 weeks.
- Note: Best By date on the bottle is European (DD/MMM/YY).
To Serve
- Defrost in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Wrap haggis in foil and place in a baking dish.
- Heat for 60 minutes, per pound of haggis or 30-45 minutes, per tray.
- The internal temperature should be at least 165°F before removing from oven.
- Serve & enjoy!
