Description
Six layers of vanilla rainbow cake that spill candy and sprinkles when you cut in, made completely vegan and gluten-free. It’s Flour Shop’s Instagram-famous Explosion Cake with nothing of the spectacle lost. Amirah Kassem created the original at her SoHo bakery, inspired by the pinatas she grew up with in Mexico. The cake that detonates in color, now for vegan and gluten-free celebrations.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Flour Shop ships Monday-Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Cake ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- During warmer months, items may ship with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store at room temperature for up to 4 hours, in the refrigerator for up to 6 days, or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
To Serve
- Thaw in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours or at room temperature for 2 hours.
