These vegan ribs are made with Impossible Meat, a 100% plant-based meat alternative, which gets double oak smoked and finished on the grill with 4R Vegan Signature Sauce. 4 Rivers’ vegan ribs are meat-free barbecue perfection!

Pitmaster John Rivers spent 20 years in healthcare, traveling the country learning everything there is to know about barbecue. In 2009, he left his corporate job to pursue his passion in opening the first 4 Rivers Smokehouse in Winter Park, Florida. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• 4 Rivers Smokehouse ships Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Vegan Ribs ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
• Upon arrival, Keep meats tightly packaged in original plastic packaging and store in the freezer or at room temperature if cooking right away.
• Maybe kept room temperature for up to 4 hours or frozen for up to 6-7 months.

To Serve

• If frozen, allow to thaw in the fridge overnight.
• Pull ribs out of fridge 30 minutes prior to reheating.
• Preheat Oven to 275° F.
• Place ribs on oven-safe sheet pan.
• Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes per pound.
• Serve and enjoy!
