Founded in California, inspired by Paris. Miette began with a stall at the farmers market, selling simple, beautiful cakes. Today we’re a small-batch bakery with a worldwide following, known for exquisite treats-shortbread, cakes, caramels, and macarons-made with fresh eggs, good butter, and French technique. Everything is baked to order, for special occasions-or no occasion at all.
