The Denver steak is a secret chef favorite and a great option for breaking up your grilling routine. While it comes from the chuck primal (shoulder)-an area known more for braising and slow cooking than over the top tenderness-the Denver steak is from a lesser used part of the muscle, meaning its very well-marbled and very tender. Tasting Notes: Extremely tender and juicy, the Denver steak has rich caramelized aromas backed by game meat and brassica tasting notes and a clean finish.

- Westholme Wagyu ships Monday – Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Steaks ship frozen with dry ice
- Do NOT remove dry ice with bare hands
- Upon arrival freeze or thaw in refrigerator overnight as needed
- Please cook within 3 days of thawing
- May be frozen for up to 6 months
