The Single Sampler pack is half the size of the full Westholme steak sampler and offers one boneless ribeye filet, one Manhattan filet, and one filet mignon. This a perfect entree to discover different cuts of Westholme Wagyu and either find your favorite or get to taste a bit of everything.
Tasting Notes:
Boneless Ribeye Filet: Intense roasted aromas with rich caramelised tasting notes. Slightly sweet with buttery flavors and a clean finish.
Manhattan Filet: Roasted and caramelised aromas with tasting notes hinting at bread crust, white pepper, and rich butter. Extremely tender, juicy, and succulent mouthfeel.
Filet Mignon: Delicate, complex, and extremely tender. Roasted and caramelised notes aare counterbalanced with hints of game meat, white pepper, and herbaceousness. The tenderness gives way to a dissolving mouthfeel and a sweet, subtle finish.
Westholme stewards roughly 16 million acres in Queensland and the Northern Territory, guided by the natural ecosystem of northern Australia. Their herd thrives in this environment, roaming millions of open acres covered in native grasses like Mitchell Grass-which is found only in Australia-along with dozens of other plants, herbs, and seasonal forage. By letting the land lead, their wagyu is imbued with the terroir of northern Australia and every cut has a signature flavor that is the combined expression of their people, their land, and their Nature-Led approach.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Westholme Wagyu ships Monday – Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Steaks ship frozen with dry ice
- Do NOT remove dry ice with bare hands
- Upon arrival freeze or thaw in refrigerator overnight as needed
- Please cook within 3 days of thawing
- May be frozen for up to 6 months
