The Westholme Wagyu steak sampler is a great way to try a bit of everything. Each pack contains two boneless ribeyes, two Manhattan filets, and two filet mignon steaks offering a great range of tastes and experiences. All of these cuts will perform equally well on the grill or in a cast iron skillet and the sampler pack is a fantastic opportunity to explore the world of Wagyu beef.

Tasting Notes:
Boneless Ribeye: Intense roasted aromas with rich caramelised tasting notes. Slightly sweet with buttery flavors and a clean finish.
Manhattan Filet: Roasted and caramelised aromas with tasting notes hinting at bread crust, white pepper, and rich butter. Extremely tender, juicy, and succulent mouthfeel.
Filet Mignon: Delicate, complex, and extremely tender. Roasted and caramelised notes aare counterbalanced with hints of game meat, white pepper, and herbaceousness. The tenderness gives way to a dissolving mouthfeel and a sweet, subtle finish.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Westholme Wagyu ships Monday – Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Steaks ship frozen with dry ice
• Do NOT remove dry ice with bare hands
• Upon arrival freeze or thaw in refrigerator overnight as needed
• Please cook within 3 days of thawing
• May be frozen for up to 6 months
