White Alligator Cake from Haydel’s Bakery is a double-layer almond wedding cake featuring strawberry jam, crushed pineapple, and rich buttercream fillings. This New Orleans tradition is handcrafted by a third-generation family business and features a textured buttercream trim with a decorative flower. Run by a certified Master Baker, this legendary institution has been producing scratch-made specialty treats since its founding as a window-service bakery in 1959.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Haydel’s Bakery ships Tuesday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Cakes ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store cake at room temperature or in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Cake can last at room temperature & in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

- If frozen, thaw at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
