INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Blacks Barbecue ships Monday-Friday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Barbecue ships frozen with dry ice.
• Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, place the vacuum sealed barbecue in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

To Serve

• Wrap the thawed barbecue in aluminum foil and preheat your oven to 350° F.
• Place the barbecue on a metal pan to catch the juices from the meat as it heats. Check the temperature of the barbecue periodically using a meat thermometer.
• Most thawed meat will take approx. 45 minutes to an hour to heat.
• Slice with a sharp knife and cut into thin slices.
• Enjoy!
