Albacore is the lightest-colored tuna, mild and clean-tasting with a firm, steak-like texture that holds up to searing, grilling, or flaking into a salad. Responsibly sourced from the Pacific Northwest, these loin medallions come two pounds to the order, lean and high in omega-3s. Sear the outside and leave the center rare, or cook it through for tuna salad. Perfect for a quick high-protein dinner, a grill night, or meal-prep that beats canned tuna.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- SeaBear ships Monday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $35 charge for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Tuna ships frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
- Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, keep frozen for up to 12 months.
To Serve
- If frozen, thaw tuna overnight in the refrigerator at or below 38° F (3° C).
- Coat tuna with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear over medium-high heat for approximately 1-3 minutes on each side.
- These medallions are best served rare, and they will continue to cook once removed from heat. Medallions are done when the meat flakes with a fork but remain pink in the center.
- Serve and enjoy!
