Description
Willoughby from Jasper Hill Farm: pasteurized cow’s milk, washed rind, soft-ripened – buttery, rich, and savory with a gentle funk that turns molten and gooey when heated. Brothers Andy and Mateo Kehler make this at their Greensboro, Vermont Cellars; the washed-rind cheese for the board and for the fondue pot.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Jasper Hill Farm ships Wednesday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Boxes ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit. Cheese may arrive at room temperature.
- Keep unopened small wheels in original wrapper. Store cut wedges or open wheels in airtight container. Enjoy-by dates are marked on individual packages.
