Previously available only to firefighters in Palo Alto, now you can enjoy the fiery taste of Firefighter Lee Taylor’s XXX Ghost Pepper Sauce. Using the highest quality ingredients, Lee has crafted the simplest ingredient list (it’s easy to pronounce everything) into a complex, full flavor sauce that stands on its own or plays well with other foods.
Most firemen do what they’re meant to: put out fire. Palo Alto, California, firefighter Lee Taylor, however, actually fans the flames! Lee started growing peppers in his station’s backyard in 1994, and began making hot sauce after one particularly abundant harvest rendered him pepperfull. He initially offered his hot sauces to just friends and family until his coworkers suggested he sell commercially to help fund the charities he wanted to support. Today, everyone can enjoy Lee’s flavorfully complex sauce that puts the fire in everything from scrambled eggs to ganache. The best part? All of Lee’s proceeds go to charity.
