Bubble Waffles, aka egg waffles, are a popular Hong Kong street snack known for their slightly sweetened eggy batter and semi-spherical shape. They’re cooked in a special griddle to give them a crispy exterior and cakey core. The bubble waffles can be topped with the paired toppings, sauces, ice cream of choice, or whatever your heart desires. You are the dessert artist!
Founded by Peter Mei in 2016, New Territories is a tiny shop that’s big on taste in New York City’s Lower East Side. The cafe’s name is a nod to the region within Hong Kong. New Territories transports patrons to Hong Kong, where sweet, eggy bubble waffles that are crisp on the outside and cakey on the inside are a popular street snack. New Territories tops their Hong Kong cakes with sweet, handmade small batch ice cream.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- New Territories ships Tuesday & Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Kit ships frozen with dry ice
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
- Upon arrival remove packaging and place immediately in the refrigerator or freezer
- May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 21 days
To Serve
- Preheat the oven to 375F
- Remove the bubble waffle from the packaging
- Thaw the bubble waffle by allowing it to sit at room temperature for at least 2-3 minutes
- Once the oven is heated properly, bake the bubble waffle for 3-5 minutes or until crispy
- Remove from oven and finish by decorating with included toppings
- Enjoy!
