Description
Luke’s Lobster clam chowder is built the New England way – wild Atlantic clams sourced locally, simmered with clam broth, potatoes, onions, and cream into a thick, milk-white base that has no business containing tomatoes. Luke Holden, a third-generation Cape Elizabeth lobsterman’s son, founded Luke’s in 2009 to bring traceable Maine seafood to people who couldn’t get to the dock; the chowder applies that same sourcing standard to the bowl. Ships frozen, reheats clean.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Luke’s Lobster ships Monday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Soup ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store soup in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Soup lasts up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator (once thawed) or up to 18 months from the pack date that is indicated on the label.
To Serve
Stovetop
- Allow soup to thaw entirely in the refrigerator.
- Remove thawed soup pouch from the carton and pour soup into saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until simmering.
- Serve and enjoy!
Microwave
- Allow soup to thaw entirely in the refrigerator.
- Remove thawed soup pouch from the carton and pour soup into a microwave-safe bowl.
- Cover with microwavable plastic or paper towel cover and heat on high for approx. 4 minutes or until simmering, stirring soup halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy!
