Description
Enjoy Loro’s crispy smoked wings glazed with their signature spicy wing sauce. These golden-brown beauties are served alongside a creamy miso blue cheese that perfectly balances the wing’s zesty heat, and house-made pickles adding a bright, tangy crunch to every bite!
In 2018, two of Austin’s most renowned and beloved chefs, Tyson Cole and Aaron Franklin, decided to join forces and open Loro Asian Smokehouse & Bar in Austin, Texas. With their award-winning gastronomic powers combined, they created a culinary experience that captured the hearts, minds (and bellies) of devoted fans.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Loro ships Wednesday and Friday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Kit ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit
- Wing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days or in the freezer for up to 30 days.
- Hot sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 30 days.
- Miso blue cheese can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- House pickles can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
h3.To Serve
Oven
- If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat oven to 165° F.
- Place defrosted wings on a lightly greased baking sheet
- Place wings in the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes or until wings have reached an internal temperature of 165° F
- Toss with the wing sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!
Air Fryer
- If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat air fryer to 425° F.
- Place defrosted wings in the air fryer and cook for 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165° F.
- Toss with the wing sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!
