Description
Thinly sliced Granny Smith apples and Anjou pears layered under a delicate crumb seasoned with cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, and light brown sugar, the pears softening the tart apple and the mace giving it a distinctive warmth. Little Pie Company has baked in Hell’s Kitchen since Arnold Wilkerson founded it in 1985, and this two-fruit crumb is a quieter favorite from a shop that knows its way around a streusel.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Little Pie Company ships Monday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $35 charge for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Pies ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- All pies from Little Pie Company should be refrigerated and enjoyed for up to 3 days or wrapped in aluminum foil and stored in the freezer for up to one month.
- Defrost overnight in the refrigerator.
To Serve
Optional Heating Instructions
- Remove from the refrigerator 1-2 hours before heating.
- Preheat your oven to 325°F and heat for 20 minutes.
- Let topping cool before serving.
