Description
Luke’s Lobster bisque starts with the same Maine knuckle and claw meat that goes into the rolls – sweet, traceable, sourced directly from fishermen Luke Holden has known since growing up in Cape Elizabeth – pureed with cream, sweet potato, and onion into a velvety base and finished with whole chunks of claw meat. Ships frozen and ready to heat. From the company Luke Holden built in 2009 on a single principle: know exactly where every lobster comes from.

- Bisque arrives in 4 packages (each 12 oz.)
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Luke’s Lobster ships Monday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Soup ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store soup in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Soup lasts up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator (once thawed) or up to 18 months from the pack date that is indicated on the label.
To Serve
Stovetop
- Allow soup to thaw entirely in the refrigerator.
- Remove thawed soup pouch from the carton and pour soup into saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until simmering.
- Serve and enjoy!
Microwave
- Allow soup to thaw entirely in the refrigerator.
- Remove thawed soup pouch from the carton and pour soup into a microwave-safe bowl.
- Cover with microwavable plastic or paper towel cover and heat on high for approx. 4 minutes or until simmering, stirring soup halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy!
