Uncle Peter’s Pasties’ Southwest Vegetable Pastie: flaky golden crust filled with rice, onions, fresh cilantro, and three kinds of beans – from the Clarkston, Michigan UP-style bakery Peter and Nancy Caruso founded in 2009. The vegetarian pastie with a Southwestern accent; the option that proves the UP tradition can travel beyond the Midwest.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Uncle Pete’s Pasties ships Monday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Pasties ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 12 months
- Pasties can be refrigerated for up to 7 days
To Serve
- From frozen: bake at 350°F for 60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F
- From thawed: bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F
