Description
The classic done right: a tender, flaky homemade crust filled with eggs and fresh cream, crumbled bacon, diced onion, and shredded Swiss. It’s rich, savory, and as comforting as the Blue Owl’s country cooking gets. Mary Hostetter has run the Kimmswick bakery and restaurant since 1983, alongside the famous Levee High Apple Pie. Perfect for a brunch spread or an easy weeknight supper.

This package serves 8 people and includes a Quiche Lorraine
- Each quiche measures approx. 9″ and weighs approx. 2 lbs.
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Blue Owl Bakery ships Monday-Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via overnight will incur an additional $35 charge. Sorry guys!
- Quiche ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store quiche in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 5 months.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Remove shrink wrap and bake for approx. 20-25 minutes (or until a metal knife inserted in the middle comes out hot).
- Slice, serve and enjoy!
