Puckett’s ever-popular brisket starts with an overnight rest in their house marinade. Then they give it a good coating of BBQ rub and smoke it over cherrywood for 8 hours. It’s that low and slow cooking process that results in juicy and tender brisket with a slightly sweet and deliciously smoky flavor. Choose three sides: white cheddar mac ’n cheese, smoked baked beans, Southern style green beans, or collard greens!

Back in 1998, Andy Marshall decided to purchase a little country market in the small village of Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee, called Puckett’s. It was a beloved community gathering place, and in that spirit Andy began serving home-cooked meals and cherrywood-smoked Memphis-style barbecue and inviting in locals to perform live music. It proved to be a winning formula, and today there are six (soon to be seven!) Puckett’s locations across Tennessee, serving up hearty comfort food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that feels like home.

• Puckett’s Grocery & Restaurant ships Tuesday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Kit ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
• Upon arrival, store brisket and sides in the refrigerator or the freezer.
• Upon arrival, store sauces, seasonings, and rubs at room temperature.
• Brisket and sides may be stored for up to 2 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.
• Refrigerate sauces after opening.

To Serve

Brisket

• Preheat oven to 350ºF.
• Place contents in an oven-safe container and heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.
• Serve and enjoy!

Sides – Oven

• Preheat oven to 350ºF.
• Place contents in an oven-safe container, stirring every 10 minutes until heated through (approx. 20-25 minutes).
• Serve and enjoy!

Sides – Microwave

• Place contents in a microwave-safe container and heat on high for 1-minute increments, stirring in between until heated through.
