This package includes 2 loaves of Gluten Free Seeded Bread

• Each loaf serves 8-10 people
• Each loaf weighs 1.5 lbs. and measures approx. 6″ × 6.5″ × 2.25″

Flavors Include

• Salted Soured Pickled Rye – Carissa’s signature Salted Soured Pickled Rye begins with a natural yeast cultivated on the East End of Long Island, where wheat and rye grow close to the sea. A wholesome blend of pickles, caraway, rye flour, and natural sourdough starter gives the bread its distinctive malty flavor and subtle tang. It’s delicious simply spread with butter or jam, paired with cheese, or served as an open-faced tartine topped with smoked salmon or avocado.
• Seeded Gluten-Free Bread – Naturally leavened with our in-house cultivated gluten-free starter, this hearty loaf is generously coated in sesame, pumpkin, sunflower, chia, and poppy seeds. The result is a deeply flavorful bread with a satisfying crunch and a tender interior. Made with rice flour and naturally gluten-free starches, it’s nourishing, versatile, and especially good toasted.

• Carissa’s the Bakery ships Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Package arrives ready to enjoy!
• Wrap bread tightly and store at room temperature for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 1 month.
