Each treat is baked fresh in Winston-Salem, where the Wilkerson family tradition began, and every bite carries the unmistakable taste of home – buttery, spiced, and filled with heritage.

In 1925, Dewey Guy Wilkerson, Sr. set out to create a perfect spice cookie. He succeeded, and Wilkerson Bakery was born. Today, five generations later, the Wilkerson family’s Moravian baked goods are beloved across North Carolina and beyond. Chelsi and Drake Wilkerson, along with their brothers Kidd and Kane, work beside their father to carry their family legacy into its next century – honoring tradition while continuing to innovate with care and pride, always guided by the unspoken promise that every batch should be better than the one before.

• Wilkerson Bakery ships Monday-Wednesday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Ships fresh and arrives ready to enjoy!
• Cake may be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months or at room temperature for 2 days. Thawing not required.
• If you plan to enjoy soon, keep your sugar cake at room temperature in its bag.
• Cookies may be stored at room temperature for up to 10 months, if unopened.

To Serve

Cake: Oven Method

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Place cake in the oven for 5-9 minutes or until warmed through.
• Serve & enjoy!

Cake: Microwave Method

• Heat for 8-12 seconds for an individual serving or until warmed through.
