Grazeables is the woman-owned charcuterie shop in Old Town Tomball, Texas that founder and former oncology nurse Amy Martinez built one beautifully arranged board at a time, starting with snack boxes and handwritten notes for her patients. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Grazeables ships Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Platter ships fresh with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
• Upon arrival, remove platter and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to service.
• Store crackers at room temperature.
• Store platter covered & refrigerated for up to 3 days (32°-40°F).

To Serve

• Remove platter from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to expected serving time.
  • This allows the cheeses to slowly come to ambient temperature to support their flavor profiles/textures
• Keep platter covered with included lid until service.
• Remove clear plastic film from both nuts & olives.
• Enjoy platter for up to 4 hours at room temperature.
• Replace lid & refrigerate any leftovers for up to 3 days.

Serving Tips

• Tear open included honey packet & drizzle on Brie and/or Cambozola Soft Cheeses.
• Open Mini Jam Jar for Service. Reserve Lid & Refrigerate any leftover Jam for up to 7 Days.
• Open included box of crackers and display as desired.
