The PassCaken is a limited-edition mash-up dessert featuring layers of matzo-crusted coconut macaroon pie, flourless chocolate cake, and raspberry mousse finished with gilded chocolate and a sea salt matzo crumble. This show-stopping treat is handcrafted with Kosher for Passover ingredients by award-winning pastry chef Zac Young, the creator of the viral PieCaken phenomenon.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- The PieCaken Shop ships Monday – Friday
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via overnight will incur an additional $35 charge. Sorry guys!
- PassCaken ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator or freezer.
- The PassCaken can be stored, tightly wrapped in its original packaging, in the freezer for up to 3 months.
To Serve
- Allow PieCaken to thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
