Description
Pork dumplings with minced truffle and truffle ponzu soy dipping sauce. This pot sticker is perfect for a quick bite. Pan fry or steam to enjoy these delicious dumplings!
Opened in early 2019, Perry Cheung’s West Hollywood Dumpling Monster has become a dim sum hotspot thanks to its freshly made dumplings and wontons. One bite and you will see why Food & Wine has called Dumpling Monster “next level dumplings” and you will be inspired to do as Dumpling Monster says “Eat more dumplings.”

This package serves 3-4 people and includes
- 25 Truffle Pork Pot Stickers
- 1 Truffle Ponzu Soy Sauce (2 oz.)
- Each pot sticker measures approx. 2″ × 1″
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Dumpling Monster ships Monday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Pot Stickers ship frozen with dry ice
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
- Upon arrival, store items in the freezer.
- Pot stickers last up to 2 months in the freezer.
To Serve
- Heat a non-stick pan with 2 tbsp of oil and have the lid ready to cover.
- Carefully place pot stickers into the heated pan to avoid splattering the oil.
- Let the dumplings fry in the oil for about 30 seconds.
- Measure 6 ounces of water and set aside.
- Turn off the fire, have your lid ready, carefully add the water into pan and then immediately cover with lid.
- Turn your fire back on with medium heat, cook with lid on for about 7-8 minutes.
- Turn your fire low after all the water evaporates and gently cook your pot stickers until nice and crispy
- Carefully remove pot stickers from pan and enjoy with dipping sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!
