The full savory counter at Ackroyd’s Scottish Bakery in one box: meat pies, sausage rolls, bridies, bangers, black pudding, and more from the third-generation Redford, Michigan institution Al and Silas Ackroyd opened as a Scottish butcher shop in 1949. What began as hand-ground meats for the local Scottish community in Detroit grew – with the help of a visiting Scottish Master Baker – into one of America’s only traditional Scottish bakeries. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Ackroy’s Scottish Bakery ships Monday – Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

Rolls & Pies

• Items ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit. Do not remove dry with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, store items in the freezer for up to 12 months or in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
• For best results, items should be thawed overnight in the refrigerator before baking.

• Sauce arrives ready to enjoy!
• Refrigerate sauce after opening and consume within 8 weeks.
• Note: Best By date on the bottle is European (DD/MMM/YY).

To Serve
From Refrigerator

• Preheat the oven to 350°F.
• Bake for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F degrees.
• Remove, serve & enjoy!
