Gooey Louie’s gooey butter cakes are addictively delicious and indulgent, baked to order with only the highest-quality ingredients including eggs, butter, and pure vanilla extract and shipped in its own baking tin. Gooey butter cake is the signature dessert of St. Louis, and Gooey Louie just might be making the best gooey butter cakes of all, in a wide variety of flavors. Founded in 2006, Gooey Louie began with a cherished family recipe handed down from owner Debbie Stieferman’s grandmother. They began selling their homestyle cakes at a local food festival, where they quickly gained enough popularity to expand to a storefront in the heart of St. Louis.

• Gooey Butter Cakes ship Tuesday-Friday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Cakes may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
