• Mustard BBQ Sauce – John Rivers, personally blended the 4 Rivers Mustard BBQ Sauce using authentic Carolina-style techniques and ingredients to create a sauce with the perfect amount of twang that can be enjoyed on almost anything.
• Vegan Sauce – This vegan-friendly version of 4 Rivers multi-regional sauce provides an ideal combination of sweet and savory with a smoky, spicy finish.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• 4 Rivers Smokehouse ships Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Hams ship with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, keep meats tightly packaged in original plastic packaging in the fridge or freeze.
• Maybe kept refrigerated for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 2 months.
• Bread Pudding may be kept refrigerated for up to 1 week.

To Serve

Ham

• If frozen, allow to thaw in the fridge overnight
• Keep meats tightly packaged in original plastic packaging in fridge.
• Pull meat out of fridge 1-2 hours prior to reheating.
• Keep in original packaging (don’t worry; the plastic packages are specially designed to withstand the heat).
• Preheat oven to 225.
• Place meat on sheet pan and place in oven for 90 minutes or until internal temperature is 165.
• Serve and enjoy!

Bread Pudding

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Remove the plastic top and cover with aluminum foil.
• Cook for 15 minutes.
• Heat glaze in the microwave for 45 seconds.
• Pour glaze over top of bread pudding.
• Serve and enjoy!
